Dear Client,
Our firm celebrated the 10th anniversary of its foundation in the near past. This section is principally aimed at thanking you for the trust you have vested in our company, Origo-Sánta Építő Zrt., for a round decade.
I established the legal predecessor of our enterprise together with my son, László, in 1995 as a public limited company dealing primarily with strategic counselling and jobs agency services. In five years' time, the company became one of the dominant actors on the consulting market in Western Hungary.
In the year of the millennium, the company, having got into full family ownership by then, was merged with Sánta Kft., a limited liability company engaged in real estate development and general contracting, and this was the time when we moved into a modern and spacious office building constructed by our own firm.
We have founded a joint venture for the operation of Hegykő Spa, which besides continual requirements of development, provides us with a long-term investment possibility. where a building complex - Natura Vita Residence - incorporating 66 apartments is being realised and sold at present. Our former real estate agency services are now performed by us as a franchising partner of Otthon Centrum. Currently in Győr-Moson-Sopron and Vas counties.
Building on the stable development of the past five years, we are currently working on making our services available for more and more clients, ensuring our presence at several points of the region with own offices, the number of which will exceed half dozen by 2007.
